THE DUBSTEP PUFFLE!
So If YOU want to see the Dubstep puffle, is stay at the dock, beach, or ski hill (Only sightings so far) and wait for it! It may take up to five minutes, but trust me, it's worth the wait. When you hear loud dubstep, you know the dubstep puffle can't be far! When you try following him, in this case to the Town, he isn't there.
